With just over 22,000 square feet of event space, fitness space, and squash courts we are able to offer a community atmosphere like no other. Weight and Cardio Rooms:

With a combined square footage of 5792 square feet, our state-of-the-art weight and cardio rooms easily accommodate everyone from gym lovers to gym beginners. Broken up into three separate spaces you'll never feel crowded or like you can't use multiple pieces of equipment.

The Solstice Studio:

With stunning views of Great Slave Lake and Old Town the Solstice Studio adorns beautiful natural light in the daytime and is equipped with a cozy fireplace for those dark Yellowknife winters. Unwind from a busy day with one of the many yoga classes!

The Fitness Studio:

Equipped with hardwood flooring, wall-to-wall mirrors, natural light, and an air handling system. We have a wide variety of equipment including TRX™, ViPR™, and IndoRow WaterRowers. Drop on by the fitness studio for one of our classes or on your own. 

The Spin Studio:

Filled with brand new Schwinn AC Power spin bikes, the spin room will transport you to a true fitness paradise. Use your own indoor runners or a pair of spin shoes with SPD Clips and you're all set to spin your heart away!
